Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 7, 2026 · Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "investor") and InvestHub ("InvestHub," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the InvestHub website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use InvestHub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
  • Not be located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Platform would be unlawful; and
  • Not be listed on any government sanctions or prohibited-persons list.

We may ask you to verify your identity and eligibility at any time and may suspend or close your account if we cannot confirm it.

2. Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present fraud or security risk, or on reasonable request from a regulator or law-enforcement authority.

3. Identity verification and anti-money-laundering (KYC/AML)

We're required to verify the identity of our users and to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. You agree to provide accurate, current documentation when requested (e.g. government ID, proof of address) and understand that deposits, investments, or withdrawals may be delayed or declined pending verification. We may report information to regulators or law enforcement where required by law.

4. Credits, deposits, and how investing works

Money you deposit is converted into platform "credits" at the conversion rate published in your account (by default, 1 credit = 1 USD). Credits are used to fund the investment products listed on the Platform ("Products"). Each Product page discloses its minimum investment, expected return, risk level, and duration where applicable — read them before investing.

Your wallet balance represents an amount InvestHub owes you; it is not a bank deposit and is not government-insured (see Section 8, Risk Disclosures).

5. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: the minimum withdrawal amount is USD 50 (or the platform-configured equivalent shown in your Wallet), and this minimum applies to every withdrawal method we support — card, bank transfer, mobile money (e.g. M-Pesa), and cryptocurrency — with no exceptions.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed before funds are released, which may include identity or anti-fraud checks. Processing times vary by method and destination.
  • You're responsible for providing accurate withdrawal destination details; we're not liable for funds sent to an incorrect destination you provided.
  • We may decline or delay a withdrawal to comply with law, to investigate suspected fraud, or while a related dispute is open.

6. Fees

Any fees that apply to deposits, withdrawals, currency conversion, or specific Products are disclosed to you before you confirm the relevant transaction. We may change our fee schedule with prior notice as described in Section 13.

7. Products, returns, and payouts

Expected return rates shown for a Product are projections based on the terms of that Product and are not guaranteed. Actual payouts depend on the underlying asset or activity performing as expected (e.g. a harvest selling at the projected price, a property remaining tenanted, mined-coin output at the quoted rate). Payouts are only made once the corresponding profit has been confirmed and reserved; if an underlying asset underperforms, is delayed, or fails, your payout or principal may be reduced, delayed, or lost.

Where a Product page shows an "asset progress" stage (e.g. planting, construction, active hashing), that stage is an operational indicator of where the underlying activity currently stands and does not itself guarantee any investment outcome.

8. Risk disclosures

All investing carries risk, including the risk of losing your entire principal. Nothing on the Platform is personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. In particular:

  • Cryptocurrency and foreign-exchange positions can be highly volatile;
  • Crowdfunded real estate, agribusiness, and energy projects depend on real-world execution and are illiquid — you may not be able to exit before the stated term ends;
  • Peer-to-peer lending and mining-facility products carry counterparty and operational risk;
  • Past or projected performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

Only invest what you can afford to lose, and consider speaking with an independent financial adviser.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful purpose;
  • Provide false or misleading identity, payment, or account information;
  • Attempt to circumvent identity verification, withdrawal limits, or security controls;
  • Interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform; or
  • Use automated means to scrape or trade on the Platform outside of any API we officially publish.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying software, is owned by InvestHub or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it except as necessary for your ordinary personal use of the Platform.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party payment providers, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InvestHub harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you in-app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time, subject to settling any pending investments or withdrawals. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory requirement, or extended inactivity, with notice where practical.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InvestHub is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation via our support channel before any formal proceeding.
