This Privacy Policy explains how InvestHub ("InvestHub," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Platform"). It applies to all users worldwide, and we interpret and apply it consistently with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where they apply to you.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the Platform, and — for identity verification — from trusted third-party verification providers.

• To create and administer your account and wallet;
• To process deposits, investments, payouts, and withdrawals (including enforcing limits such as the platform-wide $50 minimum withdrawal);
• To verify your identity and meet KYC/anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening obligations;
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• To personalize product recommendations based on your stated risk profile;
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, and (where you've allowed it) product updates; and

Where GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (running your account and investments), legal obligation (KYC/AML, tax, and financial-services record-keeping), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and, where required, your consent (e.g. certain marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Identity-verification and payment-processing providers needed to complete your requests;
• Regulators, tax authorities, or law enforcement where legally required;
• Service providers who host our infrastructure or provide analytics, under contractual confidentiality obligations; and
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the same privacy commitments.

5. International data transfers

The Platform is not directed to, and must not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
